With the start of my A2 levels comming up I have been deciding upon the direction to take over the course. Having in the past covered areas such as manga and digital manipulation I wanted to try something new... thus this is my first portrait that I've done (and if not the first one I can remember!).
Anyhow... wanted to draw a character that I like and also one that people (hopefully would) recognise. It's part of a larger image which im working on, and have decided to post as I know its facial features that I'd have troubles with. I've fixed the nose btw since scanning, on the PC it showed to the full extent of how it looks to be hollowed out... Finished piece coming later, any crits are welcome  |
